KIPP Nashville Public Schools is hiring a Multilingual Language Learner Teacher to provide direct English language services, collaborate with general education teachers, develop and monitor Individualized Learning Plans, screen multilingual students, administer assessments, and support students’ academic and social progress. The role requires a Tennessee teaching license with an English as a Second Language Pre-K-12 endorsement or enrollment in a job-embedded Educator Preparation Program, a conferred bachelor’s degree, and a criminal background check. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $90,000 for BA-scale teachers and $60,000 to $98,000 for MA+ teachers, with a 10-month work schedule and medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental, and life insurance benefits.
