Description
The part-time Elementary Program Leader creates a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for K–6 students during out-of-school hours. The role plans and facilitates academic support, enrichment, arts, STEM, recreation, team-building, college and career readiness activities, and spiritual development, while building relationships with students, families, and staff. It reports to the Elementary Pathway Coordinator and follows a Monday–Thursday 3 p.m.–6:30 p.m. schedule during the school year and a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule during spring, summer, and fall breaks, with compensation of $15.50 per hour.
