Tides Family Services is hiring a Teacher for the GNHS School to report to the Dean of Students and support the academic and personal development of students, including those with significant trauma backgrounds. The role involves delivering curriculum-aligned instruction, monitoring student learning, planning differentiated lessons, managing classrooms, communicating with families and colleagues, and participating in professional development. A bachelor’s degree in education or a closely related field, teacher certification, a valid driver’s license, and an ESL/ELL certificate or endorsement are required; a master’s degree in special education and Rhode Island special education certification are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $50,000–$60,000.
