Medius is hiring a full-time Functional Advisor focused on international engagements to support the Functional and Technical Adoption team within Customer Success. The role partners with strategic global customers to drive adoption, optimize automated workflows, guide configuration and best practices, inform customers about new features, and support testing and go-live activities. Candidates need cloud-based or SaaS IT experience, spend-management or source-to-pay experience, accounting consulting or advisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and English fluency; French is a plus. The position is based in Tunisia, with most work from the desk and possible travel to client sites, and includes medical insurance and other benefits.
