Lindt is hiring an Elevated Keyholder for a 12-month contract to support store operations and provide leadership when the Store Manager is absent. The role covers opening and closing, sales and customer service, team coaching and onboarding, visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, cash handling, and B2B sales support. Candidates need retail sales or customer-facing experience, POS and cash-handling experience, familiarity with store operations, strong communication skills, flexible availability, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
