Description
The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is a five-month, paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, North Carolina, designed to develop leaders serving the local church. Participants work with campus leaders and teams, receive mentorship, and assist with campus leadership, pastoral care of volunteers, weekend experiences, and strategic growth initiatives. The program runs from January 11 to June 13 and requires a desire for vocational ministry, leadership and communication skills, analytical thinking, decision-making ability, attention to detail, and time management; familiarity with Elevation Church and experience leading people are preferred.
