Description
Public Storage is hiring an Elevator Modernization Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple national elevator modernization projects. The role manages project plans, budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, client and stakeholder communication, inspections, quality and safety compliance, and post-project reporting. Candidates need at least five years of project and portfolio management experience, trade experience, and familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and building codes; PMP certification and blueprint-reading skills are preferred. The position requires in-person office work five days per week with up to three flexible remote days per month, and visa sponsorship is not available.
