Description
The Elevator Operator provides customer service and supports the efficient receiving, storing, and shipping of grain at Kanza Coop. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, inspecting grain, monitoring grain temperatures, operating conveyors and storage equipment, performing elevator maintenance, maintaining facility cleanliness, completing paperwork, and following safety and regulatory procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, elevator-control knowledge, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and assist passengers; prior elevator-operator experience is preferred.
