Description
The Elevator Operator receives, loads, stores, and maintains grain in good condition; performs equipment maintenance and housekeeping; monitors grain temperature and inventory; operates scale software; follows safety and government regulations; communicates with customers and employees; and secures facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or related experience, the ability to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Haz-Mat and Tanker endorsements and an Inspector’s and Weigher’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an agricultural grain-elevator environment.
