SOCOTEC Smart Solutions is recruiting an Elevator Project Manager in Tours to manage the technical, organizational, and financial aspects of elevator design-and-build projects. The role coordinates clients and sales teams, prepares design and tender documents, schedules work, manages subcontractors and service providers, monitors invoicing and change orders, and supports project close-out. Candidates should have Bac+2/+3-level training, an interest in construction and vertical mobility equipment, strong data analysis and organizational skills, proficiency with Office Suite and Excel or Google, and a Category B driving license. The position offers an annual gross fixed salary of €38,000 to €43,000 plus profit-sharing, incentives, and a company vehicle.
