Description
The Eligibility Specialist works onsite in Indianapolis within the Indiana Department of Child Services Central Eligibility Unit. The role processes adoption eligibility and payment files, prepares adoption-related packets, manages electronic files and mail, responds to adoptive parent inquiries, ensures compliance with federal and state policies, may determine Title IV-E foster care and adoption assistance eligibility, analyzes fiscal and family information to support funding recoveries, and communicates with case managers and agency leadership to clarify information.
