Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist Working Lead to mentor and support Eligibility Specialists assisting Indiana residents with public assistance applications. The role involves acting as a liaison between Knowledge Services, DFR Management, and the Eligibility Specialists, ensuring policies are followed, providing training, and offering production support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, possess strong leadership, communication, and computer skills, and have previous experience as an Eligibility Specialist.
