Knowledge Services is seeking an Eligibility Specialist Working Lead to mentor and support Eligibility Specialists in Indiana counties like Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, Jennings, Ripley, or Dearborn. This role involves acting as a liaison between Knowledge Services, Division of Family Resources (DFR) Management, and the Eligibility Specialist, ensuring adherence to policies, implementing procedural changes, and providing ongoing training and coaching. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, collaborative, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
