The Prefab Assembly Worker supports prefab project quality control, on-time completion, safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The role involves verifying assemblies against design documents and K2 standards, reviewing project plans, completing assemblies, tracking materials and delays, maintaining tools and work areas, auditing installations, coaching field employees, and coordinating with prefab, construction, client, owner, inspector, and employee teams. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, strong English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 51 pounds.
