Bosch is hiring a Project Manager for the introduction of a leadership factory platform in the production and manufacturing technology sector, focused on comfort-system motors such as WLD2026, CDx, and related platform products. The role coordinates all relevant factories, defines and unifies process, equipment standards and solutions, leads global technology, production, and quality networks, summarizes production and process experience, and drives continuous improvement. The position requires a 211 or 985 bachelor's degree or higher, at least five years of process, equipment, and project management experience in the automotive and parts industry, familiarity with ISO/TS16949, motor-product and process knowledge, leadership and cross-cultural communication skills, and fluent English. An internal-referral bonus of 3,000 yuan is available to Bosch internal employees.
