Description
E-Space is hiring a full-time EM/IR Engineer to design, simulate, and verify digital, analog, and RF integrated circuits for 5G, IoT, and satellite communications. The role leads electromigration and IR-drop analysis, power delivery network strategy, power-grid optimization, EM sign-off, power-intent validation, and automation across complex ASIC and SoC designs. Candidates need at least eight years of EM/IR and power-integrity experience, proficiency with tools such as Cadence Voltus or Synopsys RedHawk, scripting ability, and familiarity with foundry reliability specifications. The position is based in Saratoga and offers a target base salary of $120,000 to $220,000 annually.
