WITHIN is hiring an Email Designer for its Lifecycle team to create on-brand, responsive email creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, triggered communications, and automated customer journeys. The role involves translating campaign strategies and brand guidelines into designs, developing reusable templates and design systems, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, account teams, and developers, and managing multiple client projects. Candidates should have at least two years of professional digital design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of responsive, mobile-first design and email best practices.
