NXP is hiring an AI Security Researcher in Gratkorn to protect AI models, algorithms, and data from emerging threats and to research and prototype technologies such as adversarial AI, privacy-preserving machine learning, agentic AI security, confidential computing, and trustworthy AI. The role involves securing AI workloads on semiconductor platforms, collaborating with AI, security, software, hardware, and silicon engineering experts, and transforming research ideas into prototypes and product concepts. Candidates should have recently completed or be close to completing a PhD, Postdoc, or exceptional AI-focused Master's degree in a relevant field, with experience in AI security, machine learning, LLMs, deep learning, Python, and experimental prototyping preferred.
