Cardinal Scale Manufacturing is hiring an on-site Embedded Developer in Webb City, Missouri, to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain embedded software for microcontrollers and embedded systems. The role involves C/C++ firmware development, hardware integration, RTOS and bare-metal programming, microcontroller architecture knowledge, communication protocols, version control, documentation, code reviews, and safety and compliance testing. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and experience with embedded software development are required; the position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed.
