Zoiss Engineering GmbH is hiring an Embedded Development and Verification Team Lead to coordinate and build an embedded development and verification team at its new Ulm site. The role leads international agile teams in the Aerospace division, manages development activities and resources, supports employee development, optimizes processes, develops the tool landscape, and may assume disciplinary leadership. Candidates need a degree in technical computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field, several years of software or FPGA development experience, software project management experience, strong German and English skills, and leadership potential.
