Description
The role owns firmware end-to-end for safety-critical embedded systems running on ARM Cortex-M hardware. Responsibilities include drivers, state machines, communication protocols, command surfaces, bring-up, qualification, programming flows, testable simulation layers, safety-case definition, and debugging. The position requires 7+ years of professional embedded firmware experience in C, C++, or Rust, along with deep bare-metal, peripheral, safety-critical, and testability expertise. Rust, C++, safety-critical standards, asynchronous firmware, and bootloader or secure-boot experience are preferred.
