Aptiv is hiring an Embedded Engineering Manager to lead embedded systems, software, autonomy, perception, and robotics and drone hardware teams. The role owns technical strategy and roadmaps, guides architecture and system integration, manages engineering teams and talent development, supports product delivery and safety, and collaborates with hardware, autonomy, product, and customer teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least 10 years of embedded systems experience, and at least 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
