Description
Kapta Space is hiring an Embedded Firmware Engineer to architect, design, and implement embedded firmware for a radar sensor, collaborate with radar, hardware, FPGA, and mechanical engineers, optimize algorithms for embedded processors and edge systems, evaluate compute and power requirements, develop hardware test plans, and assist with recruiting. The role requires a BS or MS in engineering, computer science, or a related field, at least 8 years of embedded firmware development experience, C/C++ experience, and familiarity with embedded systems, version control, and software development practices. U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status is required.
