Copley Controls is hiring an Embedded Firmware Engineering Manager to lead a small team of 2–4 firmware engineers and oversee the development, testing, debugging, optimization, and documentation of firmware for motion control products. The role requires extensive real-time embedded systems and firmware development experience, team leadership, proficiency in C/C++, Verilog, and Python, and knowledge of FPGA or microprocessor architectures, communication protocols, RTOS, and motion control technologies.
