Description
York Space Systems is hiring an early-career Embedded Flight Software Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of mission-critical spacecraft software. The role focuses on embedded and Linux-based flight software for command, telemetry, networking, and autonomy functions, including C/C++ development, HITL and flat-sat testing, debugging, on-orbit operations support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 0–5 years of software or embedded systems experience, C/C++ and Linux exposure, networking knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and clearance eligibility; a master’s degree, embedded systems experience, and active Secret Clearance are preferred.
