Quest Global is hiring a Lead Engineer – Embedded Hardware Design to lead the architecture, design, development, validation, and technical leadership of embedded electronic hardware for brake electronics and transit applications. The role owns hardware work packages from concept through industrialization, leads design reviews and board bring-up activities, supports testing and qualification, mentors engineers, and collaborates with global systems, software, validation, manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering, 6–9 years of subsystem or project-level hardware leadership experience, and expertise in analog and digital electronics, embedded hardware architecture, power electronics, communication protocols, PCB design, and hardware verification.
