Description
The position serves as a non-clinical trainer and prevention program specialist for a deployed Resiliency Counselor and command leadership. It establishes and coordinates primary prevention activities, prevention research, training, workshops, and evaluation across installation, command, and unit levels; supports FFSC, CAP, NGS, SAPR, WFL, and other prevention programs; and refers Sailors for counseling or other services. The role requires shipboard work, a Secret Security Clearance, background checks, E-Verify, physical fitness, and worldwide travel, with a 40% pay differential while deployed.
