Description
The Embedded Linux Systems Engineer will build and maintain custom Linux images for on-board autonomy computers, configure and patch the Linux kernel, develop device drivers and device trees, implement secure-boot and encryption features, and optimize boot time and resource utilization. The role also involves creating Python or Bash automation and test frameworks, integrating with CI, and collaborating with hardware teams to bring up and debug boards using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree, embedded Linux experience, strong C or C++ skills, and hands-on experience with high-speed hardware interfaces and debugging tools.
