Description
Synopsys is hiring an Embedded Memory Design Manager in Da Nang, Vietnam, to lead architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, verification, and silicon evaluation of embedded memory IP such as SRAM, register files, TCAM, and ROM. The role manages circuit and layout engineers, coordinates with system architects and project management, reviews designs, models memory blocks with VerilogA and SystemVerilog, supports root-cause analysis, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of full embedded memory design experience, advanced-node memory expertise, and experience managing engineering teams.
