Synopsys is hiring a senior embedded memory design leader in Da Nang to lead architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, verification, and silicon evaluation of SRAM, register files, TCAM, and ROM IP for advanced-node SoCs. The role manages circuit and layout engineers, coordinates with system architects and project management, and drives design reviews, documentation, root-cause analysis, and technology improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field, at least 10 years of full embedded memory design experience, advanced-node memory expertise, and experience managing engineering teams.
