Description
The Camera/ISP Quality Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for qualifying camera and ISP firmware and drivers while contributing personally to automation development, test execution, and technical problem-solving. The role owns the camera and ISP quality test strategy, develops and executes test plans, maintains Python automation and tooling, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, and presents quality metrics and risk assessments to senior leadership. It also involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineering talent, partnering with firmware, driver, architecture, project management, and QA teams, and addressing embedded camera quality challenges.
