The role translates research and prototype algorithms into production-grade, certifiable embedded software; defines requirements and constraints for the core R&D team; develops software using MISRA C++ and AUTOSAR; and collaborates with safety, lab, and testing teams to maintain traceability from requirements through certification evidence. The position requires substantial embedded C++ and safety-critical software experience and is based in Pasadena, California, with a stated annual base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD.
