Description
Apple is hiring an embedded SerDes test engineer to bench-test, debug, and characterize on-chip circuitry including PLLs, DLLs, clocks, data converters, DDR memory, and I/O interfaces. The role develops FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog test scripts; automates test execution and reporting; performs in-system PI/SI measurements; and collaborates with design, system hardware, and software teams. It requires a master's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or a related field and five years of experience, with responsibilities spanning high-speed serial interface validation, SerDes link bring-up, eye-diagram and jitter analysis, automation, data visualization, machine learning, and RTL testing.
