Description
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is hiring an Embedded Software Control Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of embedded control software for complex automotive systems. The role provides technical and people leadership across control algorithms, system and plant modeling, Model-Based Design, software architecture, integration, validation, release planning, and compliance with AUTOSAR, ISO26262, and ASPICE. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 10 years of embedded software development experience, and at least 5 years of embedded control software experience using MBD, C/C++, and MATLAB/Simulink. The position offers an annual salary of $130,000–$190,000 and up to 25% travel; Eaton does not offer immigration sponsorship.
