Description
General Motors is hiring a Senior Advanced Emission System Software Engineer to lead and support Advanced Technical Work projects for internal combustion engine software and control systems. The role involves defining requirements, developing control methods and software, creating calibrations, and verifying and testing systems on SIL/HIL benches, engine carts, dynamometers, and vehicles. The position is hybrid, requiring reporting to Milford, Michigan at least three times per week, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least two years of propulsion controls, software, or calibration experience, and knowledge of ICE control, vehicle data tools, programming, and MATLAB/Simulink.
