Description
Rheinmetall is seeking an embedded software developer to create software for control units, body controllers, and other embedded hardware; develop process-oriented documentation using V-Model XT and DOORS; implement functional-safety projects under ISO 26262 or IEC 61508; design architectures and software functionalities with C, C++, and model-based tools; and manage subcontractors and engineering service providers. The role requires a degree in Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, at least two years of relevant software-development experience, and knowledge of C, C++, model-based development, and preferably AUTOSAR, DOORS, UML, SCADE, MATLAB, and agile methods.
