The role develops and tests embedded computer platforms, communication interfaces, real-time operating systems, and Board Support Packages for rail applications. Responsibilities include low-level C programming, CAN/MVB/Ethernet/UART implementation, cybersecurity assessment, and product maintenance. Candidates need engineering or computer-science education, microcontroller and embedded-systems knowledge, MATLAB/Simulink and version-control skills, cybersecurity knowledge, English proficiency, and approximately 5% domestic and international travel.
