Description
The role develops and tests computer platforms, communication interfaces, real-time operating systems, board support packages, and hardware-oriented C software for embedded systems. It also covers cybersecurity implementation, product maintenance, and travel within Germany and abroad for approximately 5% of annual working time. Candidates need engineering or computer-science education, microcontroller and embedded-systems knowledge, MATLAB/Simulink, version control, cybersecurity, and English proficiency; FPGA programming and electronics knowledge are desirable.
