citema is hiring an Embedded Software Developer for hardware-adjacent development using Rust and C++ in Berlin on a hybrid basis. The role covers bringing up hardware platforms, developing drivers and HALs, implementing Linux embedded application software, debugging with logic analyzers, JTAG, and oscilloscopes, and integrating FPGA/SoC interfaces. Candidates need an engineering or computer science degree, several years of embedded full-stack experience, strong Rust and C/C++ skills, Linux and embedded systems experience, and very good German.
