Amazon Prime Air is hiring an Embedded Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and test critical features for embedded applications and platforms powering the Prime Air drone. The role involves root-cause analysis, hardware/software debugging, collaboration with hardware teams and vendors, and development of new computing hardware and functionality. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, three years of embedded firmware development experience, and C/C++ embedded development experience; board bring-up and debugging experience are preferred. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $143,700 to $194,400 annually.
