Amazon is hiring an embedded software engineer for Project Kuiper to develop and maintain embedded software for customer terminals that connect to its LEO satellite network. The role covers electronic beam steering and tracking, phased-array calibration, link acquisition and management, RF power and thermal management, system integration, and field telemetry. Candidates should have at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and programming experience; Rust, C/C++, and Python on embedded Linux or RTOS are preferred. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD annually.
