Honeybee Robotics, a Blue Origin family company, is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer in Southern California to develop embedded software for a remotely controlled rover. The role leads coding, testing, validation, field deployment, customer support, requirements and schedule ownership, robust autonomy and safety-critical fault recovery, and product development from concept through production. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant computer science, robotics, computer engineering, or electrical engineering field, more than three years of hands-on PC or embedded software development experience, strong C/C++ bare-metal development, testing, sensor drivers, software architecture, communication protocols, Git, and hardware debugging skills. The California base pay range is $164,652.00–$230,512.80 per year.
