Fractile is seeking a highly experienced Embedded Software Engineer to develop and optimize performance-critical machine learning kernels for their AI inference chip. The role involves writing and optimizing ML kernels in C and assembly, building low-level control paths, creating validation workloads, and collaborating with various teams to improve performance. The successful candidate will contribute to driving the first accelerator compute runs and influencing hardware/software trade-offs.
