Description
The Embedded Software Engineer will develop and integrate software and hardware for complex avionics equipment, write C and assembly code, assess software reusability, maintainability, and efficiency, and create low-level software requirements and design documentation under RTCA DO-178B/C and FAA guidelines. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, embedded systems knowledge, ARM processor-based development, C and assembly skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities; VxWorks, Linux, board-level programming, interface protocols, OpenGL, debugging, and multi-core processor knowledge are desired. U.S. export-control compliance requires the candidate to be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the United States.
