InTEST Thermal Solutions is hiring a full-time Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, debug, validate, and document embedded software and firmware for high-technology temperature process control systems. The role involves control logic, communications, diagnostics, utilities, user interfaces, hardware and software specifications, and collaboration with electrical engineering and cross-functional teams. It is an onsite role based in Mansfield, Massachusetts, with a hybrid work arrangement and approximately 25–50% onsite travel, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and C/C++ embedded software experience.
