John Deere is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer, also described as an Embedded SIL Environment Test Infrastructure Engineer, for an onsite position in Dubuque, Iowa. The role maintains and improves the Software-in-the-Loop development and test environment for Construction and Forestry product teams, including embedded build and integration workflows, plant models, C# tooling, diagnostics, CI pipelines, runtime dependencies, and automated regression testing. The position requires embedded software and toolchain experience, C# and at least one additional embedded or tooling language, problem-solving and collaboration skills, and ideally a related bachelor's degree. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the listed base salary is $74,988 to $112,476 plus benefits.
