Voyager Technology Systems is hiring a software engineer to architect, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for space and national-security products, including board-support software, device drivers, and radiation-effects mitigation technologies. The role collaborates closely with hardware engineers on hardware-software interfaces and board bring-up, and requires low-level C/C++ programming, embedded processors, embedded Linux or VxWorks, interface buses, software lifecycle practices, and at least seven years of embedded software development experience. A bachelor's degree in electrical, computer, or computer science engineering is required. The position is U.S.-person restricted and offers a base salary of $140,000-$175,000 plus benefits.
