Ubiquiti is hiring a Networking Software Engineer to design and deliver routing, security, connectivity, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalling, traffic inspection, and identity-based networking features for the UniFi Gateway product line. The role works across Linux kernel, data plane, control plane, and device APIs, owns complex networking features from architecture through deployment, and collaborates with Product, Hardware, Support, and QA teams. It requires at least five years of software development experience, strong C/C++ and Linux networking skills, and fluent English and Czech; the position requires working from the Pilsen office at least two days per week.
