Description
Ring is hiring a Firmware Engineer to design, implement, test, debug, and maintain firmware for battery-powered and wired IoT devices running on microcontrollers and RTOS environments. The role owns software components end to end, defines interfaces for other teams, contributes to CI and build infrastructure, and collaborates with hardware, cloud, and product teams. Candidates need professional software development experience, modern language and object-oriented design experience, RTOS and low-level driver experience, embedded testing experience, and end-to-end component ownership.
