Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Aruba division is hiring an Embedded Software Engineering Manager to lead development teams of 10–15 people and manage the AOS-CX Switch OS roadmap. The role balances technical depth with project execution, manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, costs, risks, and budgets, and provides people-care management. Candidates need a BE/BTECH/MTECH degree, 10+ years of total experience, 3 years of people-management experience, and expertise in networking, embedded systems, C/C++, Python, embedded Linux/RTOS, and related hardware and software development. The role is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week in an HPE office.
